Muchas gracias, gracias, buenas noches, un saludo fraterno a cada uno de ustedes, a todas y todos. Verdad muy agradecida por el espacio, por la invitación, por esta oportunidad que nos han brindado para poder compartir y dar a conocer. Verdad, nuestras luchas, nuestro pensar en cuanto a la realidad que se vive en nuestro país y en el mundo. Verdad.  Quisiera quisiéramos pues enviar en nombre de ese trassacosi un abrazo de luz para sus corazones. Y bueno, pues, feliz día de la Independencia acá en nuestro país pues hace más de doscientos años, verdad que nuestro pueblo ya venía en luchas permanentes y desde esa fecha hasta la actualidad, pues las luchas se mantienen. Y si bien es cierto que hay grandes avances logros para la clase trabajadora, esto ha sido gracias a esa lucha permanente verdad, pero en la realidad realmente las grandes corporaciones siguen operando, siguen practicando, verdad.

Esa misma conquista, esa misma lógica colonialista. Verdad, la dominación del capitalismo sobre la clase trabajadora es bárbara.                                   

El poder. El poder patriarcal sobre la vida de las mujeres también es una realidad con la que tenemos que luchar, lidiar, resistir cada día. Verdad en por ejemplo, la práctica de algunas empresas mineras aquí en El Salvador por años se hicieron grandes luchas, gran resistencia. Para que no se establecieran las mineras en el país, se logró una ley que prohibía la minería, pero sin embargo estas mineras están en los países vecinos contaminando nuestro recurso, contaminando los ríos, despojando a nuestras hermanas y hermanos campesinos de sus territorios. Verdad y que decir de las grandes corporaciones en la industria textil a nivel global, compartirles que bueno, si tras saco si tiene presencia en seis maquilas hay un gran desafío. Organizar la clase trabajadora es una tarea permanente, nada fácil, pero sí es una tarea permanente. No asumieron absolutamente nada para las trabajadoras. Aquí la clase trabajadora ha asumidos, se le ha pasado la factura de la pandemia, de la crisis económica global y las corporaciones han incrementado más su ganancia. Por qué? Y a nivel local también aquí lo que se ha visto es una acumulación.

Mayor de la riqueza en pocas manos, creando una mayor desigualdad social y eso ha sido una demanda. Sitrasacosi también es miembro de la Liga Sindical Internacional para responsabilizar a las marcas multinacionales y ha sido una demanda también no solo como Sitrasacosi, sino también desde la Liga, que las corporaciones asuman el costo de la pandemia porque aquí en El Salvador nos encerraron durante cuatro meses, pero durante esos cuatro meses las trabajadoras no recibieron un salario. Durante esos cuatro meses las trabajadoras tuvieron que endeudarse para poder comprar alimentos a su familia. Las trabajadoras en esos cuatro meses tuvieron.

Que endeudarse con el pago de su vivienda se paralizó todo en nuestro país. Verdad, entonces en la actualidad se sigue cargando con ese déficit y hoy por hoy, pues tenemos también una gran lucha en una fábrica de la corporación Frutoptelom. Ya hemos logrado un acuerdo verdad del reinstalo de siete compañeras que fueron víctimas de acoso sexual y que el sindicato lleva meses en ese conflicto con esa empresa, meses de lucha, pero que en esta lucha verdad también hemos sido.

Perseguidas. La Secretaria General de nuestra Organización fue interceptada por unos tipos que le amenazaron y que prácticamente le pedían que.

Se disuelve el sindicato, entonces realmente como clase trabajadora. Si nosotros damos una mirada de las demanda de nuestros pueblos, por qué se levantan en hace más de doscientos años? Verdad, por qué se levantan exigiendo justicia, reconocimiento de derechos? Y todo eso, pues estamos en tiempo diferente, pero las demandas, las luchas, siguen siendo las mismas. Verdad, no hay dignidad en el trabajo, porque las trabajadoras somos sometidas a todo tipo de humillaciones, malos trato. Verdad, hay avances y hay algunos cambios en la maquila. Sí, cuáles son los cambios? Por ejemplo, antes trabajábamos en pisos en polvo. Ahora el piso es de cerámica, pero la explotación es la misma, pero las prácticas.

De acoso, están ahí. Verdad, las violaciones a la libertad sindical están ahí. Verdad, aunque nuestro país ha sido firmante de convenios internacionales en materia de derechos de libertad sindical de negociación colectiva, aquí en El Salvador desde mil novecientos ochenta y nueve, no hay una negociación colectiva en el sector privado, lo que significa que hay una gran concentración de la riqueza en pocas manos no hay distribución de la riqueza porque a través del contrato colectivo, pues se logra mínimamente distribución de la riqueza, que los trabajadores también sean parte de mejorar su nivel de vida de ellos y su familia a través de accesar aparte de esa riqueza que ellos mismos han generado. Pero en nuestro país.

Eso hace muchos años que no se da y estamos en tiempos de paz verdad. Se dice que después de los acuerdos de paz, El Salvador vive en paz, pero en realidad ahora vivimos bajo un estado de excepción donde ningún ciudadano tenemos derecho donde hablar donde estar en una protesta. A mí me expone a que me capturen y me lleven a una cárcel. Verdad, entonces.

Todo ese retroceso. Nosotros podemos ver un antes y ahora sí hemos tenido avances si han logrado leyes, si tiene logros la clase trabajadora ahorita. Estamos a punto de lograr el acuerdo del reinstalo de siete compañeras. Eso es un logro porque no existen en nuestra legislación salvadoreña. No existen las figuras del reinstalo para nuestros afiliados, para ningún trabajador, ni siquiera para los directivos sindical. El directivo sindical tiene una protección legal, pero no. No dice el código de trabajo que un directivo sindical debe de ser reinstalado. Una empresa.

Una empresa puede decir a un directivo sindical le voy a pagar y lo tiene afuera porque la figura del reinstalo no existe más. Sin embargoes, tra Acosi en sus años de existencia hagrado.

Ha logrado reinstalos no solo de directivos sindicales sino de afiliado. Y eso crea un precedente, sienta un precedente y continuamos en esta lucha porque el Código de Trabajo se ha reformado no en detrimento de la clase trabajadora, sino que se ha reformado en dar en reconocimiento de derechos reales a la clase trabajadora, porque si bien es cierto tenemos libertad sindical, pero en las empresas no la respetan, verdad, tenemos libertad sindical, pero un Ministerio de Trabajo que está totalmente alineado a los intereses de las empresas, entonces, en nuestra realidad verdad vemos este gran desafío como clase trabajadora. Tenemos un gran desafío, pero también. Viéndolo de la otra parte. También podemos convertirlo en una oportunidad, en una oportunidad de poder inspirar, de poder inspirar a las trabajadoras, a los trabajadores.

A sus corazones trabajar en la transformación, porque la organización Sindical es el único instrumento que transforma. Una sociedad verdad que trasciende de lo individual a lo colectivo. Entonces nosotros tenemos esa oportunidad de servir a nuestras hermanas y hermanos de la mejor manera, pero no es nada fácil verdad. Pero como no es nada fácil, también es muy importante para nosotros la solidaridad. Internacional y aquí pues yo quiero decirle a mis hermanas, a mis hermanos mexicanos que no estamos solos.

Verdad no estamos solos, seguimos como pueblos. Históricamente hemos estado Unidos y nos hemos estado acompañando nuestros hermanos en los Estados Unidos. Las organizaciones en los Estados Unidos siempre han estado apoyando nuestras luchas y el logro que tenemos como Sitrasacosi, son logros colectivos. ¿Por qué? Porque no los hemos logrado solitas, aisladas, sino que son logros que también son de ustedes todas las organizaciones. Cada organización que se suma a la solidaridad, a nuestra lucha, alzar la voz junto con nosotros, también es parte de esta lucha, pero también es parte de estos logros. Entonces yo quiero expresar mi profunda gratitud, a cada uno de ustedes, a las organizaciones internacionales, a esa solidaridad internacional que hace posible que existamos.

Verdad, porque su solidaridad también se convierte en una protección para nuestra vida para nuestras familias, porque enfrentarnos a los poderes económicos no es nada fácil, verdad, no es nada fácil. Y los grandes. Los grandes del poder económico, cuando se sienten amenazados, hacen cualquier cosa, verdad, para apartarnos, para disolvernos, para amedrentarnos, pero unidos somos fuertes. Yo le digo. Hermanas y hermanos, sigamos la lucha, sigamos unidos, alcemos nuestra voz, juntos contagiemos de amor, contagiemos de solidaridad, contagiemos de alegría, luchemos y se sufre, pero también pongámosle un poco de alegría cuando se puede verdad, porque todo eso nos ha enseñado esta lucha. Nosotras aquí en El Salvador tratamos de llorar juntas, pero también sonreír juntas. Verdad, porque la lucha es eso, la lucha. Es parte de nuestra vida,

Tenemos que poner todo nuestro amor, todo nuestro empeño, todo nuestro interés, todo, toda una vida, right,  para construir un mundo mejor, para construir ese nuevo mundo por venir que nos corresponde a nosotros, a nosotros, a nuestras hijas e hijos, a esas generaciones que vienen detrás de nosotros. Verdad que van a seguir después de nosotros y de cada uno quisiera, pues también saludar a todas mis hermanas y hermanos salvadoreños, compatriotas que nos ven verdad.

Y a todas las organizaciones que han hecho posible este evento de verdad. Gracias, gracias en nombre de todas mis compañeras. Gracias en nombre de la clase trabajadora salvadoreña que hoy por hoy atravesamos momentos difíciles. Nuestra situación política y social del país es sumamente difícil. Vivimos un gran retroceso, verdad, pero estamos de pie, estamos de pie con las ganas, con el amor, para seguir adelante verdad y.

De igual forma verdad abrazar la lucha de nuestras hermanas y hermanos. En otros países no existen fronteras, hermanas y hermanos, lo que existimos somos pueblos, pueblos que nos levantamos, pueblos que tenemos alma rebelde para luchar y tenemos sed de que se haga justicia. Verdad, yo me quedaría hasta aquí porque no sé si hay alguna pregunta. Verdad, pero de antemano infinita. Gracias, gracias, gracias por este espacio que vivas y tras saco que viva la solidaridad internacional, viva.

The labor code does not say that a union leader must be reinstated. A company can tell a union leader I’m going to pay him and he’s out because the reinstatement figure no longer exists. However, Acosi in its years of existence has achieved reinstatement not only of union leaders but also of members. Right, because his solidarity also becomes a protection for our lives for our families, because confronting the economic powers is not easy at all, right, it is not easy at all. The greats of economic power, when they feel threatened, they do anything, right, to separate us, to dissolve us, to intimidate us, but united we are strong. I told him.
