Creo que sería importante tener los nombres de los compañeros ya que al parecer el veintiséis de éste de septiembre se estará haciendo una protesta en do la empresa en Estados Unidos y eso ayudaría a poder exigir en esa protesta la indemnización de los compañeros a los cuales no les pagaron su indemnización. No sé si la pudieran compartir o si ya la tengan los compañeros de solidaridad con México.

Muy buenas noches a todas y a todos que nada. Agradecer el espacio en este evento, hoy a 230 años de la independencia de nuestro país, donde la gente se organizó para independizarse de España y pues a la vez tener un mejor estilo de vida.  Sindicato independiente. Años nosotros Gmessilau hicimos una lucha parecida para poder tener libertad y democracia sindical, además de haber formado un sindicato independiente que o que es dirigido por trabajadores de las áreas de producción, cosa que en 24 años que lleva General Motors sesilado nunca había pasado hoy como trabajador despedido e injustificadamente como Coordinador de Casa Obrera del Bajío. Una de nuestras labores es apoyar a grupos de trabajadores de otras empresas donde primero empecemos a darles a conocer todos los derechos que tienen como trabajadores.

Luchas donde ellos mismos puedan dirigir su sindicatos hoy, además de haber apoyado a SINTTIA para que ganara la titularidad del Contrato colectivo. Hoy SINTTIA ya tiene una sección que es Frankie, una sección donde hasta ahorita tienen uno cuatrocientos trabajadores afiliados, además de los cinco quinientos trabajadores que tienen en General Motors, estamos apoyando la futura sección de DRA, donde hay quinientos cuarenta trabajadores.

Estamos apoyando la lucha obrera de Yazaki y León, una empresa que cuenta con dos mil ochocientos cinco trabajadores y hemos estado apoyando a los trabajadores de General Motor San Luis Potosí, donde hay un aproximado de seis quinientos trabajadores. A lo largo de estos años como activista o como organizador, creo que hemos ganado bastante y hemos ayudado a que los compañeros activos de esas empresas puedan tener mejores condiciones. En dos mil diecinueve estuvimos apoyando y creamos lazos de solidaridad con los trabajadores E.W, donde también se fueron a la huelga. En el caso de General Motor en Michigan, la verdad es una de las huelgas más largas por parte de esos trabajadores, duró seis semanas y gracias a esa lucha ellos ganaron o lograron mejorar sus condiciones.                        

Ganando parece que fue el trece por ciento de Auto Per el seis por ciento de aumento y una bonificación de trece mil dólares por trabajador. Hoy se llega una huelga histórica donde están las tres empresas automotrices o los tres grandes de Estados Unidos en Elw. Creo que tiene muchas posibilidades de mejorar también sus condiciones. Vemos o que ya han subido un poco las primeras negociaciones, al grado de que ha propuesto el veinte por ciento. Telari el diecisiete por ciento y G el dieciocho por ciento. Es increíble estas transnacionales que no quieran mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores cuando ellos han ganado millones de dólares con el esfuerzo de los trabajadores y creo que es momento hacer un llamado a la solidaridad y poder apoyar a estos compañeros en lucha.

También quiero agradecer todo el apoyo y la solidaridad y todas las organizaciones han tenido con Nosotros, con SINTIIA, con Casa Obrera del Vacío y seguir luchando hasta que se logren mejorar las condiciones de la mayoría de los trabajadores. Es un proceso largo y lento aquí en México el poder organizar a trabajadores, pero poco a poco se han ido creando muchas luchas y una felicitación a los compañeros de la liga y hasta que la dignidad se haga costumbre.

We are supporting the workers’ struggle in Yazaki and León, a company that has two thousand eight hundred and five workers and we have been supporting the workers of General Motor San Luis Potosí, where there are approximately six five hundred workers. Throughout these years as an activist or as an organizer, I think we have gained a lot and we have helped the active colleagues of these companies to have better conditions. In 2019 we supported and created ties of solidarity with the E.W workers, where they also went on strike. In the case of General Motors in Michigan, the truth is one of the longest strikes by those workers lasted six weeks and thanks to that struggle they won or managed to improve their conditions.

Winning seems to have been thirteen percent of Auto Per, a six percent increase and a bonus of thirteen thousand dollars per worker. Today there is a historic strike where the three automotive companies or the big three of the United States are in Elw. I think it has many possibilities to improve its conditions as well. We see that the first negotiations have already increased a little, to the point that twenty percent has been proposed. Telari seventeen percent and G eighteen percent. It is incredible that these transnational companies do not want to improve the conditions of the workers when they have earned millions of dollars with the efforts of the workers and I think it is time to call for solidarity and be able to support these comrades in struggle.

I also want to thank all the support and solidarity that all the organizations have had with Us, with SINTIIA, with Casa Obrera del Vacío and continue fighting until the conditions of the majority of the workers are improved. It is a long and slow process here in Mexico to be able to organize workers, but little by little many struggles have been created and congratulations to our colleagues in the league until dignity becomes customary.
