Lowe’s gives $2 raise to employees, donates masks to healthcare workers amid crisis

Lowe’s employees are getting a pay raise for working during the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the company’s press release, workers will see a $2-an-hour pay increase for the month of April. This applies to all of the company’s full-time, part-time and seasonal hourly workers who are employed at Lowe’s stores, its contact centers and its fulfillment facilities in the US and Canada.

The company’s CEO says it’s a thank you to workers who are working during the pandemic.
