Did you know?
– At least 23 percent of San Franciscans live in poverty. (Public Policy Institute of California and Stanford Center on Poverty and Inequality)
– San Francisco has the fastest growing rate of income inequality in the nation. Those in the top 5 percent make more than 16 times what we in the bottom 20 percent make. (Bookings Institute study)
– The African American population in San Francisco has decreased below 6 percent.
