We are campaigning for continued federal stimulus funding for “social infrastructure” – jobs in youth programs, tutoring, home care, child care, elder care and other community service jobs.

We engage in the City’s budget process to get funding to non-profits for cost-of-living adjustments and fight against budget cuts to programs that provide vital services to our community. We campaign to expand and improve San Francisco's living wage laws and to improve the Community Jobs Program to provide on-the-job training for parents in the welfare-to-work transition.
