Effective January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010. The Living Wage Law (aka Minimum Compensation ordinance/MCO) applys to employees of for-profit businesses that contract with the City or that lease property at San Francisco International Airport. Because of Mayor Newsom's budget cuts, the Living Wage rate for non-profit employees remains at $11.03/hour during 2010.
